Zombie-scrolling, doom-scrolling and just continually picking up our phone, is our new digital bad habit. In this digital world, maintaining focus and inner peace requires more than just good intentions—it demands trained willpower.
In these classes, we will experience how Buddhist teachings on intention, mindfulness, and joyful effort can help us navigate digital temptations and cultivate concentration, focus and inner peace while engaging with the world around us – not the device in our hand.
Whether you’re looking to reduce screen time, reclaim your focus, or deepen your spiritual practice, these classes offer practical tools from Buddha’s teachings to develop concentration and inner peace in the digital age.
