Her goal has always to share yoga with all bodies, all ages, and all levels of experience, offering a place to reconnect with self, restore grounding, and feel belonging.
Cathy has focused deeply on trauma-informed learning, emotional safety, and how the nervous system responds to stress and challenge. She designs classes with choice, gentleness, and empowerment woven throughout, helping each person listen to their body’s signals and move at a pace that feels supportive.
