Experience a Chakra Aligniment using Sound tools and meditation. This is a relaxing evening to shift the energy body into balance.*Please bring your, pillows and blankets you may want to feel comfortable. There is a mix of zero gravity chairs and yoga mats available. (if you require a chair please let me know)
