Wildflower Walk at Doughton Park

Art doesn’t only hang on gallery walls—it blooms along mountain trails, sways in summer breezes, and paints our landscapes with color and wonder.
Join us for a Wildflower Walk at Doughton Park on Saturday, July 25, from 10:00–11:30 a.m. and discover nature’s artistry firsthand. Bonnie Arnold and Jane Adams will guide participants through one of the Blue Ridge Parkway’s most beautiful natural settings, identifying native wildflowers and discussing their traditional uses.
This easy-to-moderate walk is free, but registration is required. Participants are welcome to stay afterward for lunch at The Bluffs.
Wear comfortable shoes, bring sunscreen and a hat, and come experience the beauty, inspiration, and creativity that nature provides all around us.
