Wild Mamas-To-Be is a small, supportive pregnancy circle held in our woodland space, designed to nurture connection between mothers, their babies, nature and one another.
These sessions offer a gentle pause from the busyness of everyday life, a space where you can slow down, breathe deeply and honour the journey you are on.
Held beneath the trees and within our woodland bell tent, each gathering begins with guided relaxation to support connection with your breath, your body and your baby. From there we move into a warm fireside circle, where stories, reflections and experiences can be shared in a safe and supportive space.
This is a time for rest, reflection and remembering the strength and intuition that already lives within you.
What to Expect
Each 90-minute session includes:
๐ฒ Guided relaxation and connection meditation
๐ฟ Time to rest in hammocks, on woodland mats, or in the bell tent
๐ฅ Fireside sharing circle in a supportive and confidential space
โ Herbal tea, hot chocolate and biscuits
๐ธ Gentle grounding and reflection to close the session
You are always welcome to share as much or as little as feels comfortable. Listening, resting and simply being present is just as valuable.
