Little Consciousness Explorers (Ages 7–10)

A calm and supportive group for children to build confidence, emotional awareness, and essential life skills.

This small-group session is designed to help children understand their emotions, develop self-awareness, and learn how to navigate everyday challenges in a healthy and positive way.

Through simple, engaging activities, children will explore:

✨ Emotional awareness

✨ Confidence building

✨ Understanding and managing feelings

✨ Communication and connection with others

✨ Practical “skills for life” not typically taught in school

The sessions are calm, structured, and age-appropriate, creating a safe and nurturing environment where each child feels seen, supported, and encouraged.

📍 Eastney Community Centre, Bransbury Park, Bransbury Road, Eastney, Portsmouth, PO4 9SU

What to expect:

– Small group setting (limited spaces)

– Gentle guided activities and discussions

– A supportive and welcoming environment

First session is FREE 💛

This is a great opportunity for your child to experience the group and see if it feels right for them.

About the facilitator:

The group is run by Stephanie, founder of Learning Sanctuary, with a focus on creating safe, supportive spaces for children to grow emotionally and build confidence.
