Wild Bloom is a day of wilderness luxury for the woman who is ready to recognise and own all that she already walks with, to more deeply anchor into her power, brilliance and creative expression,
To be inspired and to inspire
So that she can step courageously in the direction that Life is asking of her now.

You are invited to come together to embody, vision, gain clarity and create the next steps towards that which is wanting to bloom in your life.

Held at the breathtaking head of Lake Whakatipu, where the glacier-fed Dart River meets the lake and ancient beech forest rises into the mountains, we gather just days after the Spring Equinox, beneath a Moon building towards fullness.

The Equinox reminds us that there are gifts in both the light and the dark.

Before the bloom there is the seed.
Held in moist, fertile darkness.
The void of pure potential.
Then the first courageous shoot pushes towards the light.

You already know that quiet whisper inside you. The idea. The longing. The part of you that knows there is something more asking to be lived.
It's time to listen.
To own the wisdom you already have.
To be bold.
To step more fully in.
We only get one shot at this wild and precious life.

Created for women who spend much of their lives leading, creating, nurturing, teaching and holding space for others, Wild Bloom is an opportunity to step outside the momentum of everyday life and be exquisitely held for a day.

Intentionally intimate, each woman will be seen and personally supported to create space for greater expression, visibility, creativity, connection and ease, whatever flourishing looks like in her own life.

To savour.
To be nourished.
To wander beneath the beech trees, feast on beautiful seasonal food, move, dance, dream and soak in the wild beauty of this extraordinary landscape.

Who is the woman you are becoming?
What does she desire?
What is ready to blossom through her?
How does she move, choose, create, lead and live?

And how can you lovingly meet the parts of you that may be afraid of the changes this becoming asks of you, so that you can move forward with greater ease?

Through embodied practice, cacao, seasonal wisdom, conversation, movement and time in nature, we explore not simply what we want to create, but who we are being invited to become in order to meet it.
Not another day of striving towards a better version of yourself.
A day to embody her as though she is already here.
To feel her in your body.
To savour the life you have created, while making space for what wants to bloom next.

With Sarsha Hope & Sarah Menlove

Equinoxes are potent portals that have been subverted by commercialism and patriarchy. One of the most powerful things we can do is reclaim them.

Your Facilitators:
Sarsha Hope
Sarsha Hope is the founder of Somatic Dance International, a body of work she has birthed, built and nurtured from an idea into a global community, training hundreds of facilitators and teachers around the world.
Her work sits at the intersection of embodiment, the nervous system, feminine wisdom and the courage it takes to bring what we deeply desire into form.
Sarsha knows intimately that expansion rarely arrives without fear.
At every threshold of growth creating Somatic Dance International, stepping onto larger stages, teaching internationally and continuing to follow the next evolution of her work, the doubting parts have come too. Her practice has never been to silence them, but to listen, let them know they have been heard, and keep walking forward with them.
One of her greatest learnings is that if your dreams don't make you a little nervous, perhaps you're not dreaming big enough.
And if you have a dream and absolutely no idea how it could possibly happen?
Perfect.
Because sometimes it is only when we reach the edges of what we know that we stop trying to think our way there and create enough space for grace to move through.

Sarah Menlove
Sarah is a Somatic Guide with a passion for creating sacred spaces where individuals can drop their masks and return home to their bodies. Her work focuses on connecting people to their most authentic, free selves, welcoming the full spectrum of the human experience.
Through education, nervous system awareness, and somatic exploration, her work allows women to come into contact with the deeper parts of themselves that are longing to be heard and held, inviting curiosity about what is wanting to emerge in their lives from this place of connection.
Sarah understands the courage that it takes to challenge conditioned beliefs and carve a new path. Over the last decade of immense change, she has learned to follow the aliveness (even when it doesn’t make sense) and rewrite identities that no longer fit, in order to live in a way that feels true.
Somatic dance and gathering with other inspiring women continue to support Sarah to dream bigger and deepen her trust in the unknown to keep following the calling of her Soul, even when it feels messy, uncertain, or comes with the story “who am I to do that”.
When we come together as women in this way, we remember that we are not alone, we gain inspiration and we see ourselves reflected in the beauty, power and wisdom of one another.

We would be honoured to share this deeply nourishing day with you!
