We’ll begin with a Cacao Ceremony, a modern take on an ancient communal practice to open your heart and set intentions for the season ahead. Together, we’ll sip a cup of rich, earthy cacao—known as “heart blood” in the Mayan tradition—a warm, mildly-spiced treat reminiscent of hot chocolate, as we focus on the beauty and possibilities of this magical time of year.

Next, allow yourself to be guided into deep relaxation with the Kindle Your Inner Light meditation, as we invite healing white light to flow through your mind, body, and spirit. The evening will conclude with a soul-soothing sound bath, featuring an array of high-vibrational instruments—crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and the melodic Native American flute—designed to nurture and uplift.

Please bring a cozy yoga mat, a soft pillow, a warm blanket, and a special crystal or meaningful object to place on the community altar. And as always, there are festive snacks!
