We all have things that turn us on, some we embrace and celebrate, some we keep tucked away, and some we don’t quite understand... yet.What Turns You On is a workshop inviting you to explore your unique εrθtic wiring with curiosity and non judgement.
Rooted in the work of psychotherapist Jack Morin (The εrθtic Mind), we’ll unpack the themes, emotions, and experiences that shape your αrousal and how things like taboo, longing, and even shαme can amplify your turn-ons.
Whether your desires feel crystal clear or confusing, this is a space to get to know them more deeply knowing you don’t need to fix, justify, or share more than you want to.
What We’ll Explore:
- How your εrθtic imagination was shaped by your life story
- The emotional flavours hidden inside your fαntαsies
- Ways to transform shame into curiosity
- More insights into what turns you on
What to expect:
- Somatic memory drop-in to connect with past εrθtic experiences
- Journaling and guided inquiry
- Optional pair and group exercises (always opt-in)
- Tools for self-reflection, compassion, and εrθtic self-understanding
This workshop is for you if:
- You feel like you’re resorting to scripts in your sεxuαl life and aren’t sure what actually turns you on
- You’re curious about the why behind what turns you on
- You want to meet your dεsirε with less shαme and more understanding
- You love personal growth through a sεnsuαl or εrθtic lens
Open to all genders, orientations, and experience levels.
You do not need to be partnered or “sεxuαlly active” to attend. This is a clothed, non-touch-based workshop.
