This 50-hour Yin Yoga intensive is lovingly crafted for certied andaspiring yoga teachers, as well as devoted practitioners, who feel called to journey deeper into the quiet, transformative realms of Yin—whether to enrich their personal path or to share this practice with others.
We gather for 34 hours of in-person immersion over four nourishing days. The remaining 16 hours unfold through home study and SEVA classes—a unique aspect of the training offering hands-on experience in the art of holding space and guiding others.
In a world that moves fast and demands much, where the rhythm of life is often dictated by stress and the drive to produce, imbalance becomes the norm. Even within the modern yoga landscape, much of our practice mirrors this yang energy—dynamic, active, and outwardly focused. Yin invites us home.
It is the slow medicine—an offering of stillness, presence, and surrender that gently draws us back into harmony. A return to centre. A quiet remembering.
