About this Event

What does the Bible actually say about women in leadership — and what did it mean in its original context?

Join us for an evening with Pastor John Cook, retired pastor and attorney, as he walks us through a careful, Scripture-rooted theology of women in leadership. Moving from Genesis to Paul's letters, we'll explore what faithful interpretation looks like.

This seminar is designed for anyone who wants to think more carefully about gender, authority, and the church — whether you're settled in your convictions or still working through the questions.

This seminar is for you if...

👉 You're a woman who has ever wondered about your place in the church — and whether Scripture actually limits you or liberates you

👉 You've sat with Paul's letters and thought "what did he actually mean?" and never gotten a satisfying answer

👉 You're a husband who wants to understand and champion what God has placed in your wife

👉 You lead a ministry and want a stronger biblical foundation for how you think about women on your team

👉 You grew up in a tradition that restricted women in leadership, and you're still working through what you believe

👉 You just want to be a better reader of Scripture on one of the most debated topics in the church today

No background in theology or biblical languages required. All are welcome
