In Part 2 of this workshop series, we focus on Product-Market Fit, the part most founders skip too late.
About this Event

In Part 1, we explored Product-Founder Fit: what you are uniquely positioned to build based on your skills, experience, interests, network, and unfair advantages.

In Part 2, we shift to the next critical question:

Does the market actually want it?

Because in the AI Agent era, the barrier to building is dropping fast. More people can now ship products, automate workflows, and launch tools faster than ever before.

That means the real advantage is no longer just building fast.

It’s building something people urgently want, clearly understand, and are willing to adopt, use, or pay for.

A lot of founders don’t fail because they lack talent. They fail because they build too early, validate too late, or confuse interest with real demand.

This coming Friday, we’ll focus on Product-Market Fit for builders, solo founders, tech professionals, operators, and startup-minded people exploring what to launch in the AI Agent era.

We’ll explore questions like:

✅ Who actually has this problem?

✅ How painful is it?

✅ How are they solving it today?

✅ Why would they switch?

✅ What makes a problem urgent enough to pay attention to now?

✅ How do you test demand before overbuilding?

This session is for people who want to move beyond interesting ideas and get closer to real market pull.

We’ll also continue using this community to connect people with complementary strengths, shared interests, possible collaborators, and useful feedback loops, because building alone is possible, but building in a strong learning community is faster.

🛠️ Build in Public: Finding Product-Market Fit for your AI-First Startup

This week, we’ll explore how founders and builders can test whether an AI startup idea solves a real problem for a real customer, before spending too much time building the wrong thing.

What we’ll work through this week:

Who Is This Really For?

Define your target customer more clearly, not just “everyone who might use AI.”

What Problem Is Painful Enough?

Identify real, urgent, valuable pain points instead of vague nice-to-have ideas.

Product-Market Fit Basics

Understand what PMF actually means, beyond buzzwords.

Demand Before Build

Learn simple ways to validate interest before investing months into product development.

Signals That Matter

Spot the difference between curiosity, compliments, usage, and real traction.

AI Agentic-First Opportunities

Explore where AI agents may unlock startup ideas people genuinely want, especially in workflows, operations, niche markets, and SME tools.

Community Feedback Loop

Share your idea, get sharper feedback, and learn from other builders testing similar directions.

From Idea to Validation

Move from “I could build this” to “I have reason to believe people want this.”

🛠️🦞 OpenClaw / AI Agents Sandbox: Build, Don’t Just Watch

This is NOT a class. It’s a weekly workshop for AI Builders to demo progress, pressure-test ideas, troubleshoot in real time, and exchange raw insights.

✅ Be a Builder, Not a CD-ROM

We value action over passive watching. Bring your ideas, questions, experiments, and half-formed thoughts.

✅ Progress Over Perfection

Messy ideas, early concepts, weak signals, and failed tests are welcome. That’s how clearer startups emerge.

✅ Verifiable & Open

We care about decentralized AI, trusted systems, practical experimentation, and authentic learning by doing.

🗓️ Agenda

4:00 PM | Rapid Fire Intros

Who are you, what are you exploring, and who are you trying to build for?

4:20 PM | Product-Market Fit in the AI Agent Era

Why faster building makes validation more important, not less.

4:45 PM | PMF Working Session
Clarify customer, pain point, use case, urgency, alternatives, and early validation paths.

5:30 PM | Feedback + Matching

Share what you’re testing, what feedback you need, and who you want to meet.

6:00 PM | Wrap

🚀 Who This Is For

  • Tech Professionals

You’re rethinking what to build as AI changes how products get made.

  • Developers & Builders

You can build quickly, but want clarity on what the market actually wants.

  • Solo Entrepreneurs

You want to test startup ideas intelligently before going too deep.

  • Operators, Designers & Product People

You want to turn workflow pain, domain expertise, or user insight into something useful and needed.

  • Founders & Future Founders

You want stronger market validation, not just stronger ideas.

  • Doers

You’d rather test, learn, and build than sit on ideas for months.

Note: We meet every Friday, 4–6 PM. Bring your laptop, your ideas, your questions, and a friend.

⏳ Update Status

If you can’t make it, please cancel 24 hours in advance. No-shows may be restricted from future sessions to keep things fair for those on the waitlist.
