About this Event
What matters most: have your say about neighbourhood health in Kent and Medway (Dartford/Gravesham/Swanley event)
A neighbourhood health approach focuses on shifting care from hospital to community, strengthening primary and community services so people receive support closer to home.
As we start to build our plans, we want to hear from you about what matters most to you about neighbourhood health.
This workshop brings together partners from across health, social care, and the voluntary and community sector as well as patient and public representatives. At the event we will update on our progress so far, share best practice, and help shape the next phase of neighbourhood working.
Time: Please arrive by 9:45am for a 10:00am start. The workshop will end by 1:00 pm.
Free parking is available at the venue. Refreshments will be provided.
For members of the public attending, NHS Kent and Medway offers to reimburse reasonable public transport or mileage costs.
The venue is located close to the M20, M25 and M2 motorways, and just over 1 mile from Dartford train station.
