Our Relaxation Pilates and Sound Bath session offers the perfect escape.Sam will guide you through a soothing Pilates session designed to help you unwind, with a focus on flexibility, mobility, and breathwork. Using gentle, calming positions, this part of the class is suitable for all levels and aims to release tension while grounding the body.
Following this, immerse yourself in a beautiful Sound Bath led by Sarah, featuring the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls. These healing sounds promote deep relaxation, reduce stress, and encourage emotional balance, leaving you feeling centred, peaceful, and fully restored.

What do I need?
Please bring a thicker yoga mat, pillow and blanket. You will also need to bring a drink. Please wear comfortable clothing to allow for movement and relaxation. You may want to bring extra comfort for the sound bath to be as comfortable as possible while laying down.
