Welcome to Blossom Woman Afro-Dance Fitness Classes! Join us for a fun and energetic online fitness event tailored specifically for women. Get ready to move your body to the beat of Afro-dance music and feel empowered as you work up a sweat. No dance experience required, just bring your positive energy and willingness to try something new.

When: Starting 6th September, every 2 weeks. 9am to 10am

Where: 193 Crayford Road, Crayford DA1 4HA

The building is very accessible by public transport and is a 10 minutes’ walk from Crayford station.

Facilitator: FlavRcise Fitness has a proven track record of delivering high-energy dance and aerobics fitness sessions and health and wellness workshops. Their instructor, a public health nurse with over 17 years of experience, brings a wealth of expertise in promoting healthy lifestyles for young people and families.
