WellWell Black Girl has launched our official walk club. Join us on select Sunday mornings for a revitalizing walk with other incredible Black women in our community. Our walk club is more than just exercise—it’s a space to center yourself, embrace self-care, and focus on both physical and mental wellness.

• Towels for comfort and convenience
• Hydration to stay refreshed throughout the walk

• Boost Your Wellness: Walking is one of the best ways to improve your physical health while lifting your spirits. We walk with intention, knowing that movement is medicine for both body and mind.
• Build Community: Connect with other Black women who understand the unique challenges we face. It’s a safe and supportive environment where we uplift one another.
• Mindful Sundays: Every walk starts with grounding exercises and ends with affirmations or a gratitude circle, ensuring you leave each week refreshed and inspired.
• Accountability: Having a community helps you stay consistent with your wellness goals, while making the journey enjoyable and full of meaningful conversations.
