A Reiki circle is a gathering of individuals who come to receive healing energy from Reiki masters and practitioners. Reiki can reduce stress and bring relaxation as it promotes healing of the mind and the body. Reiki is gaining mainstream recognition as it is currently offered as a supplement to traditional medicine to patients in over 800 major hospitals in the U.S. alone.

Participants are seated in a circle facing the center of the room. The session begins with a brief meditation to center and ground the participants, followed by the channeling of Reiki energy through the practitioners’ hands as they go from person to person around the circle. The collective energy in the circle enhances the effectiveness of the healing experience, creating a sense of unity and interconnectedness among the participants. It is a space where positive intentions, compassion, and healing vibrations are shared to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

It is open to beginners through advanced Reiki clients as well as Reiki masters and practitioners.

All of our Reiki Circles start at 6:30pm at The Pride Center.

Classes are free and donations to the instructor will be accepted at the event but are not required.
