Wellness Program Move with Pride

If you are looking for a full body workout that includes cardio, strength, and stretching to benefit the entire body, then this workout is for you! This dance fitness class begins with a movement review followed by a 45-minute low impact class that will boost your heart rate and bring a smile to your face.

Wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes.

Bring a towel and plenty of water or sports drink to stay hydrated in the class.

Classes are free and donations to the instructor will be accepted at the event but are not required.

All classes are open to all levels. Just be ready to move as you are able! Class can accomodate those who need to be seated.

About your Instructor:

Jenner Sanchez works as an accountant and finance auditor by day but when the sun goes down his passion for dance shines bright. A native Venezuelan his Latin roots tend to gravite him to more Latin inspired dances and naturally, Zumba. Jenner has been a certified Zumba instructor for 3 years and teaches at gyms and private dance studios in South Florida including Symmetry Fitness and Casa Salsa. He is happily married to his husband, Rusty, for going on two years. They live together with their two puppies Fort Lauderdale.
