Self-care isn't necessarily bubble baths and massages. It's an intentional practice of taking actions to support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Self-care includes daily habits, such as eating well, exercising, and getting enough sleep, as well as acitivites that bring joy and relaxation -- like bubble baths and massages or reading a good book or spending time with friends.Join us to learn how to prioritize self-care and how to leverage what the Y offers to take care of your health and well-being. Our mindfulness and meditation coach will help you get started with meditation with some tips and a short guided meditation, and a registered yoga teacher will offer a short chair yoga practice. Free registration required
