Who Am I?Join us to begin or continue your personal journey of self-discovery! Find the radiant Light and the beauty of the mystery that is YOU deep within. Unearth the role, and the birthing energy of Gratitude. We will explore how we can experience, express and take ownership of our spiritual identities.
The afternoon will include guided meditation, journaling, gentle and simple somatic (movement) play, and sharing together in safety, authenticity, compassion, and love.
Come and set free the places that keep you stuck in the dark. Let your light shine!
Please bring a journal, and yoga mat/blanket/eye pillow if you desire. There will be mats and blankets available for your use here if you prefer or don’t have one. Dress comfortably for easy movement.
