Buy, checkout, rent or download "Atomic Habits" by James Clear, and then join us at The Soul Source or on Zoom to discuss and share your insights and experiences on how what you read is helping you lead a more authentic and joyful life. The Soul Source will have tea, coffee, and water if you come in person. Bring your journal and pen (maybe a highlighter) and book and be ready to respectfully listen and lovingly share from your heart and mind. "If you're having trouble changing your habits, the problem isn't you. The problem is your system. Bad habits repeat themselves again and again not because you don't want to change, but because you have the wrong system for change. You do not rise to the level of your goals. You fall to the level of your systems. Here, you'll get a proven system that can take you to new heights."
As a way of giving back to the community, please consider bringing a donation of gently used towels, bleach, laundry soap, paper towels, garbage bags, dog foo, treats or peanut butter for Lucky Mutts Rescue.
