Wellness Wednesdays Featuring Desmerized, Hot Spot Yoga, ACCHS

Take your lunch break outside and recharge with us on Wednesday, October 22, for Wellness Wednesdays! We’re teaming up with the local wellness practitioners to bring free community-centered wellness sessions to the Plaza from 12 PM–1 PM.

Wellness offerings include:

• Ear Seed Applications & Pulse Diagnostics with Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences. Learn how auriculotherapy can support relaxation, reduce pain, and promote emotional balance.
  
• Live Hypnosis & Guided Tools from Desmerized. Explore how hypnosis can help with focus, calm, and self-regulation.
  
• Revitalizing Vinyasa Yoga with Hot Spot Yoga and Malika. Perfect opportunity to unwind, stretch, and connect with nature while practicing yoga - All levels are welcome to participate.
