Join Mind-Body Wellbeing Coach & Meditation Teacher, Emma England, for Wellness Wednesdays - a monthly lunchtime reset designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore calm. Each session includes guided meditation, gentle breathwork, mindful reflection, and simple grounding practices.
Each month brings a new seasonal theme to support your wellbeing and help you move through the year with more ease and balance - all while enjoying a freshly prepared, nourishing lunch from Billingtons.
June: Lightness & Balance
Wednesday 10th June | 12:30–1:30pm | £20 per person
As we transition into the summer months, June can be a lovely time to create a sense of lightness and balance - letting go of built-up tension and reconnecting with calm, steady energy.
This session is designed to help you slow down, reset, and move into the summer season feeling lighter, calmer, and more balanced.
You’ll be guided through a soothing 40-minute mindfulness, meditation and breathwork practice, to help you:
• Release tension and mental heaviness
• Restore calm and balance
• Cultivate lighter, steady energy
You’ll finish the session feeling grounded, refreshed, and gently uplifted, followed by a nourishing seasonal lunch to support your mind and body for the rest of your day.
