About this Event

Welcome!

Due to the success of our deliveries in 2024 and 2025, we are pleased to announce we are able to offer our Live Life to the Full course beginning every half term in 2026!

This 5 week fully funded programme is based on cognitive behaviour therapy which will help you learn skills that can make a difference to your life. The course includes supportive coaching from experienced wellbeing practitioners to help you with progression into further training, volunteering and employment.

Each date listed is a START date for each course delivery; you only need to select one as each course will consist of the same materials.

We are delivering the programme in our training room on the first floor of Greenacres Community Centre. Please note, there is no lift in the building. Free parking and light refreshments available.
