About this Event
Healthy skin is about more than the products you put on your face. Join Kristyn, our nutritionist, and Cindy, our holistic esthetician, for an interactive evening exploring how nutrition, lifestyle, and skincare can all work together to support healthier skin.
Throughout the evening, we’ll talk about:
- What your skin may be telling you
- The connection between gut health, nutrition, and your skin
- How hydration, protein, healthy fats, vitamins, and minerals support skin health
- How stress, sleep, hormones, and your environment can affect your skin
- Building a simple skincare routine that works for you
- Common skincare myths and mistakes
- Supporting concerns like acne, dryness, dullness, aging, redness, and sensitivity from the inside AND outside
This won’t just be a presentation! We’ll have interactive activities, skincare demonstrations, time for Q&A, and plenty of opportunities to ask Kristyn and Cindy your questions.
You’ll also leave with simple take-home resources to help you start supporting your skin through both nutrition and skincare.
Healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided!
