About this Event
JOIN US FOR WELLNESS WALK AND TALK
Join us for a refreshing Wellness Walk & Talk experience to recognize the beauty and importance of community care and wellness. This gentle, supportive gathering is designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and care for yourself in community. Whether you need peace, sisterhood, or simply a moment to exhale, this space is for you.
We’ll begin with a light warm-up that blends gentle movement with moments of play, helping you release tension and ease into the experience. From there, we’ll move into a relaxed walk where guided prompts encourage personal reflection, lighthearted engagement, and meaningful conversation for those who choose to connect more deeply. Participants are invited to move at their own pace, embrace beautiful scenery, enjoy mindful walking, and take in the beauty around them.
Along the way, we’ll pause for mindful moments to reset, recharge, and be present.
This is a judgment-free space centered on connection, renewal, rest, joy, and authentic conversation. Come as you are, take what you need, and allow yourself the opportunity to experience the healing power of movement, mindfulness, and community care.
