About this Event

Heat up your routine as the DowntownDC BID brings summer to life with Fitness at Franklin for a season built on movement, strength, and reset.

Throughout June and July, starting Saturday, June 20, from 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM, Franklin Park transforms into an open-air fitness destination with a three-class morning experience every Saturday. Begin the session with high-energy movement, then flow into a Pilates-inspired class to build core strength, and finish with a grounding yoga flow focused on breath, mobility, and restoration.

Plus, energize with complimentary juice shots throughout the series from Downtown DC’s very own , adding an extra boost of wellness toward a healthier lifestyle. Juice shots will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and may run out depending on attendance so be sure to get here.

Curated by Britt Dupree Daniels of , the series blends wellness, culture, and community in the heart of Downtown DC. Let live DJs set the pace as you move through the exercises. Whether you’re looking for an energy boost or seeking a reset, Fitness at Franklin Park has you covered.
