What is the Recovery Room?

The Recovery Room (R&R) is a sanctuary for Black men seeking connection and support. In unity, we build a stronger network that supports the well-being of Black men.

Life can be overwhelming, and we understand that. The Recovery Room offers a safe space to combat mental fatigue and the pressures of daily life, encouraging meaningful connections and collaboration within our community.Just like an emergency room, our space prioritizes check-ins and checkups, fostering a community dedicated to collective healing.

Join us every 1st Saturday of the month for fellowship, dialogue, and good vibes. In unity, we build a stronger network that supports the well-being of Black men. We invite you to take part in this curated experience, designed to help you reset and evolve amidst life’s challenges.

Our monthly gatherings create a welcoming space for Black men to unwind, connect, and share experiences in a relaxed and genuine atmosphere—free from pretenses and agendas. Plus, there’s no dress code, so come as you are!

Remember, Black men are not just labels or stereotypes—we are fathers, brothers, mentors, and friends. We embody joy, love, and resilience, but we also experience pain and seek understanding. Together, we can find healing, purpose, and a sense of belongilng while improving the mental wellness of Black men everywhere.
