Looking for a chill way to boost your body and mind? Our Wellness Sessions are just the thing! Come hang out in person for some awesome activities designed to help you relax, recharge, and feel great.
Whether you want to stretch, meditate, or just unwind with friends and other locals, these sessions are perfect for you. Don’t miss out on the good vibes and great company! Comfortable clothing is highly recommended but not essential
Session: 10:00am - 10:30am
Tour plus breakfast - 10:30am - 11:00am

Wedge or Stretch
Info: You start your session with a Wedge or Stretch you decide which one you feel more comfortable with starting with. Each one is 15 minutes long and gets the body nice and relaxed
🕑: 10:15 AM - 10:30 AM
Stretch or Wedge
Info: Whichever one you started off with first, now its your turn to swap over and do the other one for 15 minutes

Tour The Orangery Farm (plus breakfast offering)
Info: After some vigorous movement please feel free to take advantage of The Orangery restaurant with a cheeky breakfast offering and tour of one of the worlds first hydroponic farms fully integrated within a commercial property (if you are yet to experience this)
