WHY COME ALONG?
Look I get in. Sunday's are the kind of day where distractions are aplenty. Brunch dates with mates, the lure of a duvet day and doing nothing, an opportunity to stay in and watch the box set you're been desperate to get back to, or worst; Monday is around the corner and you've got work to do but here me out.
Your mind deserves a break and your creativity wants to play so let it.
Engaging in hands-on creativity isn’t just fun, it’s proven to reduce stress, boost your mood and bring you back to the present moment. These sessions are designed to be a calming escape from the noise of daily life. No pressure, no perfection, just the soothing rhythm of making something with your own hands.
