Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) Course for Carers - Eastbourne

Calling all carers - are you a carer living in East Sussex?

Do you support someone (an adult aged 18+) who couldn’t manage without your help – perhaps a partner, friend, family member, or neighbour? If so, our free 6-week WRAP Course for Carers offers a welcoming space just for you. Join other carers in a supportive group where you can pause, connect, and focus on your own wellbeing.

On this FREE, in person, Wellness Recovery Action Planning (WRAP) Course you can…

• Discover wellness tools
• Create a daily wellness plan
• Identify triggers and early warning signs
• Learn about action planning for times when life gets challenging
• Explore crisis planning
• Build confidence and self-esteem
• Share experience and learn from others
• Focus on your wellbeing
• Be supported, valued, and respected in a safe space with experienced facilitators, Lucy & Molly

About the course
This is a structured 6-week course where each session builds on the last, supporting connection, trust, and shared learning. We understand carers may occasionally miss a session, but drop-in attendance isn’t possible, and the group closes to new participants after Session 2 to maintain a safe, consistent space.
When & where is this course taking place?

The course will be held at Community Wise, Eastbourne.

The sessions will take place over 6 weeks on Mondays from 1:30-4:30pm as follows:
Session 1 – 23 February 2026
Session 2 – 2 March 2026
Session 3 – 9 March 2026
Session 4 – 16 March 2026
Session 5 – 23 March 2026
Session 6 – 30 March 2026

Who can attend?

Any unpaid carer, living in East Sussex, caring for an adult age 18+.
