The EWMC Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 10th March at 8pm in the Club.This event is restricted to Club members only. Any guests will not be permitted access after 7pm and any guests present will be required to leave the premises at this time.
Membership cards must be shown on entry.

ELECTION OF COMMITTEE
The following notice is on the Main Noticeboard by the toilets:-
Any full member wishing to seek election to the Committee must enter their name personally in block capitals and ensure they have a proposer and seconder who are bona fide members, who must also write their names on the sheet in block capitals.
Please remember that Committee Duties include raffles, bingo, ball game, meat draw etc. All dealt with on a rota basis.
Nominations close at 23:00 hours on Sunday 8th March.
AGM MOTIONS
Any member wishing to submit a motion before the AGM must do so in writing to the Secretary no later than Thursday 5th March.
Any submission received after this deadline may not be considered.
