Hi everyone my name is Jane and I am a Licensed Menopause Champion who loves talking about all aspects of menopause- from the roller coaster perimenopause and its many symptoms to living the best possible life in post menopause.
I really enjoy holding “ menopause parties” where you get your friends, family or work colleagues together and I talk all things menopause - helping you to recognise symptoms, lifestyle management, treatment options and workplace/ family support. My aim is to get everyone talking menopause!
I also work on a 1 to 1 basis with women - helping them understand what is happening and how small changes can make such a difference.

I am looking forward to meeting you all at the next Eastbourne Menopause Support Group where we will be discussing Menopause at work.
We will talk about how menopausal symptoms can affect your work life and what can be done to support you at this time. We will look at how the new Employment Rights Bill will bring long overdue changes for women and what reasonable adjustments can be made and how we need to support our fellow colleagues and educate everyone so they can really understand the impact menopause can have .
