⛰️ WHAT TO EXPECT

Join us for a scenic coastal hike across the iconic Seven Sisters cliffs. This is a 13–14 mile route with rolling hills, unreal views, good energy and even better community vibes.

This is more than a walk..it’s a Get Busy experience.

🚆 GROUP TRAVEL PLAN (IMPORTANT)

We will all travel together from London Victoria Station.

Meeting Point: Inside London Victoria (main concourse by the departure boards)

Meeting Time: 08:00AM sharp

Train Departure Target: Around 08:24AM

⚠️ Please be on time. We will be boarding together and will not delay the group.
Journey time is approximately 1 hour 30–1 hour 45 minutes, arriving at Seaford Station around 09:40 AM.
From Seaford station it’s a short 10-minute walk to the seafront where the hike begins.

⛰️ THE HIKE

Route:

Seaford → Seven Sisters → Birling Gap → Beachy Head → Eastbourne

Distance: 13–14 miles

Duration: 4.5–6 hours (including breaks)

Difficulty: Moderate–Challenging (expect hills)

We’ll finish in Eastbourne where we can grab food before heading back to London.

Return trains run frequently from Eastbourne to London Victoria.

🎒 WHAT TO BRING

Mandatory:

• Proper trainers (no flat fashion trainers)
• 1.5–2L water
• Snacks / packed lunch
• Windproof or waterproof jacket

Recommended:

• Portable charger
• Suncream
• Small backpack

• This is a physical hike with steep inclines.
• Please ensure you are fit and prepared.
• Stay with the group at all times.
• No standing near cliff edges.

You are responsible for your own travel ticket and safety. Please buy travel tickets in advance which range from £13-16.
