BRAZILY FITNESS
André Santos has been a dancer and Brazilian dance fitness instructor for over 25 years. He moved to Ottawa from Brazil with his wife Mariana, and they founded Brazily Fitness. This fun discipline aims to boost your confidence from the inside out through the magic of Brazilian music.
Brazily Fitness will transform your life via fun, energetic and dynamic classes. You’ll get a great cardio workout AND improve your dance skills, your self-esteem and body awareness, and reach new confidence levels so you can feel unstoppable… in or out of the gym!

ZUMBA
Get ready to move, groove, and feel amazing! Kamila’s zumba class is all about high-energy dance workouts set to Latin and international beats. She brings a fun, welcoming atmosphere where everyone—no matter their age nor fitness level—can enjoy the rhythm, burn calories, and leave feeling stronger and happier.
Kamila focuses on making each class dynamic, uplifting and easy to follow, so you can let loose, have fun, and get a great workout without even realizing it!

TAI CHI
Rob West has been practicing Tai Chi for over 30 years, studying and teaching in Vancouver, Hong Kong and Ottawa.
His classes focus on Tai Chi’s benefits for health, relaxation and self-defense, blending traditional forms with practical applications. Whether you’re seeking stress relief, improved balance or a deeper connection to the art, Robert offers a supportive and engaging environment for all levels.
There’s no age limit. If you haven’t tried Tai Chi, now is a great time. Or just come enjoy the calming presence of Rob. He’s awesome.

YOGA
Sasy helps his students better their lives through the healing power of Yoga. After 20 years on law enforcement, a major motorbike accident put him in a health crisis for a year. That’s when his awakening to yoga and spiritual quest began, including extensive studies throughout decades of Buddhist philosophy, veganism and yoga.
Today Sasy is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (500 E-RYT) and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP). He has lived and expanded his learnings and teachings in Spain, Nepal, Italy and the USA.
Sasy was co-founder of FRY Canada, a corporation to assist first responders’ in their mind-body wellness and resilience path.
