This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. �
Set at the stunning Whitworth Centre in Darley Dale, the day will be all about slowing down, nourishing your mind and body, and enjoying the magic of nature. You’ll be guided through:
� A peaceful walk along the River Derwent, surrounded by autumn colours
� A restorative yoga session with me, designed to release tension and create space within
� Guided meditation to calm the mind and bring you back to centre
� Delicious homemade lunch and refreshments to nourish the body
� A closing circle to reflect, reset, and leave feeling lighter
