Wellness Journeys is a collaboration of Yoga, Breath work, Cacao Ceremony, Sound Bath & local artists offering a healing journey for you.

Explore the joy of movement with experienced yoga instruction so bring your mat and your comfortable stretching clothes. Learn how the power of your breath can deactivate your emergency room and send you into the healing room. Tantalize your taste buds with a sip of all natural raw cacao grown in South America that will open your heart chakra. With your heart chakra open lay down on a comfy layer (BYO comfy layer) yoga mat, blanket, pillow, cushions and take in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath that will melt your tension away. Afterwards, socialize with tea, snack and local vendors offering a variety of akashic record reading, oracle card reading, voice activation session, & local artist with handmade wares. Each month will have different offerings and artists. Join us for this monthly meltdown of ease and relaxation.
