Hi everyone �I relocated to your beautiful Island back in July with my 2 Children, Katie 16 & James 12 �
James’ has ADHD/ASD and unfortunately, living just outside London, I wasn’t able to keep him safe. I was born and raised in the East End and was living in Essex for 16 years.
James is now doing really well on the Island ( we do have our challenges still) but overall we are happy � �
Having reinvented myself many times to suit my family I left my Life/Nutrition Coaching passion behind for a while to focus on myself and my family.
I’m now ready to start Coaching again, here on the Island �
I will be Coaching on Mondays from Retreat @No44 Ryde ��
I will be sharing more information over the coming weeks and I will be offering Wellness Evaluations (121) for free, week commencing Monday 19th January.
Spaces will be limited due to my availability. I did run a Club back in Essex but I’m starting from scratch here so slowly slowly � I have a large portfolio of wonderful clients who, together, we achieved beautiful transformations that I can’t wait to share with you �
I’ve been out and about a lot since moving here, building a wonderful network organically. I can’t wait to actively work in the wellness space again, with lots more life experience to add and share �
Your beautiful Island has been a saviour to me and my children. I can’t wait to get started again �
