Wellness Dimensions Workshop Series Monday, January 13, 2025 2:00 – 3:00pm Wellness is the sum of all the positive steps you take to lead a healthy life. Looking at the concept of eight distinct dimensions of health and wellness, you will learn to manage stress, idenfity individual challenges, and focus on reclaiming your wholeness. We invite you to join us for a six session monthly series to discuss these eight dimensions of health and wellness. In this series we will also be exploring the benefits of mindfulness and guided meditation. We will also have guest speakers, hands-on activities, and Master Class lessons presentations available. Jump start the new year with a unique journey towards improved wellbeing and achieve holistic health and a balanced lifestyle. Healthy snacks and beverages will be provided for each session.
