Most people have never heard of halotherapy. By the time they leave, they wonder how they went this long without it.
A machine called a halogenerator grinds pharmaceutical-grade sodium chloride into particles 1 to 5 microns in size and disperses them into an enclosed salt cave while you sit in a recliner and breathe. The particles travel deep into the airways, where salt's natural antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties go to work: loosening mucus, reducing inflammation, and clearing out bacteria and pollutants that accumulate in the respiratory tract over time. Your skin absorbs what does not get inhaled, which is why consistent sessions may also support relief from eczema, psoriasis, and skin inflammation.
