Senior Health Focused Talk and Hike

Rochester Hills Outdoor Engagement and Henry Ford Health invite you to join us for healthy talks and hikes. Each talk will be followed by a short hike with a Rochester Hills Naturalist.

Please meet at the large shelter by the Playground. Please register for each session you would like to attend.

If you do not have a Rochester Hills Park Pass, then there is a fee to park at Innovation Hills. There is, however, a free parking option across Hamlin Rd. as an option during the program.
