Wellness & Fitness Yoga
Join us for the Wellness and Fitness Yoga sessions with Namaste Yoga Classes. Doing the same workouts every day can be boring, and that is exactly why we go beyond yoga. While yoga, power yoga, pranayamas and meditation are always the essence of the classes, we also combine them with exercises using various props like the wall, gym ball, dumbbells, resistance
tubes and bands, medicine ball, hula hoops, ankle weights, yoga blocks and many
more.
Our team ensures we cater to the smallest requirements of each of our students. Sessions are conducted in small groups of 12-15 ladies, in 1-hour batches, to ensure customers get the most out of their time with us.
