Celebrating the spirit of International Yoga Day, this calming experience begins with a soothing pebble painting session, where participants can paint meaningful designs, patterns, or uplifting messages on smooth river stones as a form of mindful expression.

The morning will then flow into a restorative Yin Yoga and Sound Healing session designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself through gentle movement, breath, and meditative sound vibrations.

Whether you’re looking to unwind, recharge, or simply take a pause from the pace of everyday life, this experience offers a peaceful space to relax and restore.
