A safe space, a link to support, community and spiritual guidance through the use of meditation incorporating sound and drum journeying taking you into unseen realms to meet with guides and spirit helpers.
Song, toning and mantra are brought in to support us as we channel our personal power through song and sound, giving to and receiving a sonic hug from the group.
Drum healing is incorporated through the use of different beats and you are invited to bring your own Shamanic drum to circle if you have one.

Join us every Wednesday and bridge the week with relaxation, connection and wellbeing.
Each week we will be looking at different aspects of wellness, offering demonstrations and tasters and explaining how you can integrate them into your life beginning.
We will also offer space to come together for a cup of something warm, a slice of cake and a good chat!
This group is open to anyone looking to get out, meet new people and explore new experiences, so come along with an open mind and an open heart.
