When and Where
Classes run on Thursday evenings 6.30 - 9pm
Belle Vie is right at the bottom of the high street opposite Anytime Fitness.
Parking
From 6pm you can park for free in (its literally a 2min walk from there!)

Antenatal Sessions 1 - 4

During the weeks we learn-

• The biomechanics of birth
• Labour breathing
• Your birth options
• We confront our fears and stories we have heard
• We speak about Hormones and their vial role
• How to manage your anxiety
• How to create the best birthing environment
• How to care for a baby
• Breastfeeding / Bottle feeding / Combifeeding
• Birth Plan Design
• And so much more!!

There is a break for drink top-ups, chats, and refreshments in each session!

This course is suitable for first and seasoned parents.

Length of program: 10 hours- 4 weeks (2.5 hours per week)
Cost - £120 (One ticket includes you and a birth partner (Friend or family member if you prefer)
