Announcement time!Plans are in motion for another Ladies only self defence course.
Stating in January 2026 this will be the 3rd time we've run these courses, some ladies stayed on as regular students, some pop in now and then, some moved on but all of them learnt something valuable and created some great friendships.
Ladies, please share this with your friends, relatives and anyone who you think might need it.
Contact us via messenger or email [email protected] to book your space, booking will be required. We can't run this for free as we're not sponsored or able to, but we can guarantee hot chocolate, a friendly atmosphere and focus on individuals.
