Your Leisure is delivering wellbeing activities suitable for those over 55 in partnership with Social Enterprise Kent and Kent County Council.

Wellbeing Over 55s - Musical Theatre Dancing Jo Jo's 6-week course £18 (£3 pw)

We are now putting on a second Musical Theatre Dance course due to the overwhelming success of the initial course. This class will make you feel great and put a big smile on your face whilst you get fit and have fun dancing along to the best musical theatre songs.

This feel good class will start with a mobility warm up, followed by learning a routine to some of our favourite musical songs. Alicia goes through the choreography in detail so everyone can feel comfortable with the steps.

It is suitable for everyone and all levels. Alicia is welcoming and breaks down the steps so everyone can feel at ease with what they’re doing.
