Join Altogether Otherwise's In house Yoga and Pilates facilitator's for a day built around moving, resting, and reconnecting - with yourself and with others.
This isn’t just any retreat - it’s Well, Well, Well.
A gathering for slowing down, shaking off, and soaking up what really matters.
In collaboration with NOMA’s community movement clubs, In Present Company, and In Good Form, you can expect:

(to connect with yourself and others with tea and cacao)

(to wake up the body)

(eat well, feel well)
- YOGA WORKSHOP
(‘exploring elements of the yoga practice and beyond)

Add in some time to pause, a little space to notice, and the chance to meet others on the same path - and you’ve got yourself a peaceful Sunday retreat.
What to Bring (optional):
✨ Your favourite journal and pen
✨ A meaningful object you’d like to infuse with positive energy to take home with you
✨ A blanket for the yin practice
What to Wear:
✨ Anything you feel comfortable moving, resting, and flowing in - this is about feeling at ease in your body and mind.
A Kind Note:
We’d love for this gathering to be as phone-free as possible. Please be mindful about setting aside devices so we can all disconnect from the outside world and reconnect with ourselves - and each other - during the time we share together.
Timings:
Arrive from 10:30am onwards. Retreat to start at 11am.
