At this drop in taster session you can find out more about our free creative groups that are part of the Out of the Blue programme. Have a look around the hoot building, meet the team and have a go at a creative activity.The Out of the Blue programme is free for people who are
🎂 Aged 18 or over
🏠 Living in Kirklees
🧠 Wanting to look after their well-being and mental health (you don’t need a diagnosis)
The Welcome Taster Sessions are open to people interested in attending sessions themselves and to people who support someone else. You can come with a support person if you'd like to.
