A Moment of Calm. Join Spa Owner Maxine for her new monthly workshops to help bring more calm into your life. Each session will include some quiet meditation to settle your mind, followed by a discussion about a specific topic relating to mental and emotional health. The sessions will include practical tips that you can incorporate into your life. Each session will be stand-alone – you can attend the specific sessions that are relevant to you or you are welcome to join each of the sessions.
The aim is to give you the knowledge and tools to create a more peaceful life.
There will be a maximum of 8 people per group.
